Please arrive between 2:00 and 5:00 p.m. on the day the course begins. This allows time for you to check in, get your accommodation, unpack, and settle-in. Late arrivals make it difficult for the staff to serve everyone efficiently and to start the course on time.
A light meal will be served at 5:00 p.m., followed by a pre-course orientation at 6:00 p.m. Please make all of your travel plans (to and from) before arriving at the center, as you will not have access to communication devices from the time the course begins until after the course is completed. In making travel arrangements, students should allow sufficient time for travel to and from bus and train stations and airports.
