The land and construction costs were donated by meditators. In order to develop a dhamma atmosphere inside the center, the first group-sitting was held on 25th February 2019. The first 3-day course was conducted in March 2025 and the first 10-day course in June 2025.

Presently, Dhamma Sudhālaya can accommodate 96 meditators (72 women and 24 men) and regularly offers 3-day, 10-day, and Satipaṭṭhāna courses.
